The Tack Room is a spectacular studio apartment situated in the chateau’s 19th century wing. It is a huge, airy, open plan space under the eaves, with a central ceiling height of over 5 metres, which originally housed the tack room and groom’s quarters. The studio is bright and colourful, and has a more contemporary feel than the rest of the chateau. The sitting and dining areas are furnished with a mixture of contemporary pieces - such as the beautiful marble dining table - and antiques. The kitchen, with its Portuguese marble worksurface, is fully equipped, and also has a wine fridge, dish washer and small fridge. The bedroom area has a vintage French bed. There is also a separate bathroom with a claw-foot bath and shower.
This apartment affords you absolute privacy as it has a private entrance through its own tower, into the chateau’s principle courtyard.
